shipping policies

Your order will be shipped out within 4-7 business days, with exceptions for custom orders, during sales or promotions, and during holiday seasons when there is a higher order volume than normal. Please be patient and kind, remember this is a one woman business and I work tirelessly to make sure your get your items as fast as possible. 

Once your order is shipped out I am no longer responsible for it, it is now in the hands of USPS or your selected shipping carrier. If your order gets lost please contact USPS or selected carrier, or file a claim with them. Please note that if you choose First Class shipping from USPS, no tracking information or package insurance will be provided.

I do all that I can to ship your items out as quickly as possible, but due to the 'rona and the ineffective nature of our government, everything is a bit slower at this time, especially with USPS.
