Returns - Refunds - Exchanges

Items cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged once shipped out ue to the personal nature of the items being worn in hair. If there is damage or an issue with your product that *did not* occur in the shipping process, please refer to "damages and issues" for more information. 

If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped out feel free to contact us at madeline@madelinevasiliev.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to show up in your bank account after a refund has been issued.

I am not responsible for damages that occur in the shipping process and all issues must be handled with your selected shipping carrier. First-Class shipping does NOT include insurance on your package.

 

Damages + Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or has defects. As stated above, I am not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping process, and that must be taken up with your selected shipping carrier.

If for some reason you receive the wrong item in your order, please reach out to madeline@madelinevasiliev.com immediately so I can fix the issue!
